This week long (Monday-Sunday) program will require each Homeroom; Students and Instructor, plus selected Staff members to wear a pedometer throughout the day, accumulating steps. At the end of every day, each participant will write down on their Weekly Walking Log the steps they have walked. On the following Monday, Students, Instructor and Staff members participating will return their pedometers and Weekly Walking Logs.
